Our 100% chemical free, organically certified decaffeination process enables you to maintain the original characteristics of your premium green coffee and produce great tasting, full-flavored decaf.
We adhere to standard pre and post-process cupping and product evaluation, including process and product monitoring and controls to ensure that your coffee is your coffee.
The Swiss Water® Process is certified organic by OCIA in accordance with standards developed by the NOP. It is also Kosher certified by the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia.
For the arrival of your coffee into Canada, all you have to do is fax your prepared Canadian customs invoice to us and we will ensure that it is passed on to our customs broker, and they will take care of the rest. We will prepare all customs documents for the return of your coffee to the mainland US. If needed, assistance can be provided if coffee is arriving from country of origin. An independent third party weigh-master is on site to manage your incoming shipments. A certified weight certificate will be faxed to you once the coffee has arrived at our plant.

Our state of the art blending capabilities enable us to pre-blend coffees to your formula, if desired.
Decaffeination orders 12,700 lbs and above have a 5% weight loss guarantee, while smaller orders have a 6.5% weight loss guarantee. Weight loss does not include loss resulting from changes in moisture between incoming and outgoing green. If, during decaffeination, we exceed these weight loss levels, we will reimburse you for the cost of the green beans over the guaranteed allowance.
We have a 7,500 lb. minimum requirement for each decaffeination order. There is no limit to the amount of coffee we can decaffeinate. Freight to and from our facility is the responsibility of the customer, but we can arrange to move coffee from and to locations in North America as needed, and also shipping outbound to pretty much anywhere you want.
