Frank Dennis
President and CEO
Frank leads the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Co. team with over 10 years of coffee experience in the coffee industry. While Managing Director at Kraft Foods he oversaw not only the growth of the SWISS WATER® Process brand, but also the development of such household brands as Nabob and Maxwell House. Excited by the potential in the coffee market for the SWISS WATER® Process, Frank left Kraft Foods when SWDCC became its own entity in 2000. A proven brand builder and fierce guardian of its integrity, the future success of the company is assured under his direction.
"The same passion that the coffee trade brings to its interest in unique and wonderful origins, is the same passion that Swiss Water brings to the product that over 50 million people drink each week, which is decaf coffee."

David Kastle
Vice President
As head of coffee trading for SWDCC, David directs purchasing and inventory of all green coffee, oversees quality control of both pre- and post-decaffeinated coffees, and manages sales of decaffeinated coffees to the matrix of coffee importers, brokers and dealers who distribute to specialty coffee roasters worldwide. Prior to moving to Vancouver for SWDCC, David spent twelve years as a specialty coffee importer and close to 25 years in the beverage industry, working mostly in coffee (of course!) but also with a background in wines and spirits.
When not at the cupping table or staring at the market screen, David might be thinking about coffee trends, origin travel, or what to cook for dinner. He is a fan of drip coffee, but won’t say ‘no’ to a macchiato.
Bob Weagle
Vice President
Bob is an informed, energetic and experienced business professional with a proven track record in building brand value. His background includes over two decades in consumer packaged goods with Kraft. At SWDCC Bob understands the importance of building relationships within the specialty coffee industry to translate the insights gained about the decaf coffee consumer for sustainable business growth. "Our success is based on creating superior value for our customers’ brands. We do this by providing knowledge and expertise relating to the decaffeinated coffee segment and the decaffeinated coffee consumer."
Outside of work Bob enjoys an active lifestyle – golf, keeping fit, and good food accompanied by wine followed of course by great tasting decaf coffee.
"At SWDCC we are committed to improving the coffee experience for the decaf drinker. We do this by working in association with our many industry and trade stakeholders to make decaf coffee a more positive business opportunity."
